St. Luke’s Health Plan earns national accreditation

St. Luke’s Health Plan has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for maintaining a rigorous standard of quality and continuous improvement.

The NCQA’s comprehensive process assesses the structure, process and performance of health care and health insurance organizations. St. Luke’s Health Plan was granted Interim Accreditation in April 2023 and received Full Accreditation in December 2024.

To determine whether a health plan qualifies for accreditation, more than 100 elements are measured related to access to care, quality of care, patient and member experience and many others.

“NCQA accreditation is a mark of excellence and trust,” said Kelly Paul, director of utilization management and accreditation for St. Luke’s Health Plan. “It also aligns with St. Luke’s mission to improve the health of people in the communities we serve. The entire Health Plan team is highly committed to delivering a more affordable, accessible and hassle-free health insurance experience for our members.”
