Starting January 1, 2025, the St. Luke’s Health Plan member portal will transition to MyChart.

This change will ensure timely and more efficient information sharing.

Your member portal is moving to MyChart.

At St. Luke’s Health Plan, we’re helping make health insurance easier by reducing barriers. That means we implement new ideas and technology to improve the health care journey of our members.  

With this in mind, we are excited to announce that starting January 1, 2025, the St. Luke’s Health Plan member portal will transition to MyChart, offering a one-stop shop for all your health care and health coverage details for a seamless and fully integrated experience.

Transparent and exceptional member-centered care.

This change will put you in control, ensuring timely and more efficient information sharing. Fewer barriers mean less worry, an easier journey toward exceptional care and no billing surprises!  

How does it work?

If you already have a MyChart account, your St. Luke’s Health Plan “Insurance” information tabs will be updated on January 1 for the 2025 plan year. You will be able to see your:  

  • Benefits summary and coverage details 
  • ID cards for family members on your plan 
  • Ability to view deductible, out-of-pocket balances, and claims status 
  • Ability to see referrals 
  • Ability to pay your premium online 

If you don’t yet have MyChart, we encourage you to sign up!
