St. Luke's Health Plan
December 6, 2024
We’re growing our team for better health
Starting in 2025, the Health Plan will be fully administrated locally in downtown Boise. This means integrating tools and services that had been handled in the past by third-party partners into our in-house team to meet your needs.
- Actual humans, right here in Idaho, answering our customer service line
- Claims and appeals directly through our internal team
- Integrated health records and insurance records further limiting barriers to care
- Insurance information in MyChart for an integrated health experience
- ID cards available digitally within your MyChart app
- Customer service questions and chat through MyChart
- Easier premium payments and autopay options through MyChart
All these things mean that when it comes to your care, we’ve got the right people in the right place to help make it happen.
October:
- Access to plan information in MyChart
- Open enrollment through YHI or your trusted broker through December 16
Late December:
- Member Guidebook, with everything you need to know, in the mail
- New ID cards in the mail for all new and renewing members
- Autopay through MyChart available for set up
January:
- New 2025 benefits take effect January 1 (excluding mid-year group renewals)
